*clears throat* Yuri is feeling down. Of course she usually is, but today she is feeling a little more bummed than usual after yet another day of catching aliens. She skates over to the meeting room where she sees Kumi talking to her borg on the table. She skates past them, murmuring a "hello", but then...

Surprise, Yuri!

Picture notes: My first fanart in a really long time. I started it about a year ago, but never got around to finishing it until now. My only beef with it is that Yuri's legs still got a little messed up and so did the borg's drills during the scan (I scanned it in lineart, as I usually do), but otherwise I'm actually pretty happy with it.

Constructive criticism is welcomed.

EDIT: I got Photoshop 7.0, so I've recolored the picture and made it look (somewhat) better. Click the link above to see it. ^^

Believe it or not, the color version is going faster than I expected. The most I really need to do is make a background and then I'm pretty much done with it.

Very cute ^^ Reminds me of Yuri's birthday scene in the anime which was great.
And I like the little short story you wrote for the picture, I can imagine it ^^
