Kumi loving Yuri? I know I have not really read much of anything except the second book but I doubt it. I really think Kumi just has a sort of 'sister' feeling of protection for Yuri(Why, I cannot know), and I cannot see how people think that they are in love. Certainly I can see that for some reason Yuri has a place in Kumi Kawamura's heart, but like I said I seriously doubt that their relationship goes beyond anything more than a strong friendship... |

I admit, I totally think that Kumi loves Yuri. This comes from her kissing her twice, and other smaller actions throughout the series. I also think that Yuri loves/loved Kumi back, but also may forget her love(for Kumi) for a guy(Hideaki Matsumoto from vol 4). |

Personally, I like to think that it's just a very stong sister-like relationship, even though it seems kind of probable that it's not. But that's what I like to think, that theyre just very close, and love each other like sisters. |

When I watched the series for the first time, I thought "Damn, this has yuri potential!" (by yuri I mean the genre, not the character.) But of course, there wasn't definate proof, so I just kept it as a theory. Until I read the manga. Now I'm convinced they like each other "like that." Not sure if it's "love" (they are just starting puberty, and there's a lot of confusion at that time) but there's definately romantic chemistry there. |

I personally think there to young to decide where there sexuality stands, they are just close friends for now, in the future if they turn out to be homosexual or bisexual then maybe, but I personally think there relationship is just a friendship. |

If it sister-like thing, it still qualifies as shoujo-ai for me as is strong friendship. I believe it should be love then anyway. Sexuality is not necessary here, it is conventional what to label with it, when it is not obvious - like caress: if we knew it was "romantic" of Kumi to do it, we may say it this or that, but we are not sure. My own views on variaties of love are not clear... Like it on a soft side with shoujo-ai

I wonder How In The World I Missed This!?.....I Think they are completely in love and that they are the cutest pair evah! As anyone can tell by the fact that I wrote Two YuriXKumi (Kuri?) fanfics, One is a series I'm still writing.
