Kasumi was a tricky one, though. She could've made any borg do her bidding

Did Kasumi kill her borg in Volume 2? She was still able to use it, but for the remainder of the seires it almost always had Xs in it's eyes. Did she kill it or did she just "modify" it somehow? |

Actually I happen to have the book and what happend was that it was damaged badly but still alive, its eyes remained crossed because of the Yellow Knife taking over. |
