There's no mention of giant toad/crocodile head like things with spindly lanky legs but from the picture there seems to be plenty of trees for them to hide under, watch out!
There's a suspicious looking rock hill in the foreground on the right that could be a sleeping Yellow Knife head. And one in the background to the left.
If you ever go to holiday there, be careful of what you're getting at the local restaurants there, they said in the series Yellow Knives make tasty food. So you never know, the local delicacy could be Yellow Knives! If you order frogs legs and they're a mile long, you should probably reconsider and go for a pizza instead.
