I really want to know if anyone knows any sites or ebay accounts that sell borgs. I'm hoping to do a Kasumi cosplay, so if they don't exist , tell me. And if they do, please send a link. thank you!

Hi! Welcome to the forum. Sadly I've not seen a borg hat anywhere other than from 1 or 2 cosplayers who made their own. There was some official borg hats that the Japanese voice actors wore to their press conferences/promotion events. But I imagine only 3 were made and were specifically only for the voice actors unfortunately. For eBay a search for "alien 9 cosplay" or "alien nine cosplay" or similar may bring up something. Another option is Yahoo Auctions Japan, but I have only seen 1 cosplay item on there and it was just Kasumi's pink/white shirt. I talk about Yahoo Auctions Japan here: http://alien9.crossrealms.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=548 You may want to ask others who have done Alien 9 cosplay how they tackled the borg issue. I think overall its fairly easy to cosplay as Alien 9 since their outfits are fairly casual/common pieces of clothing. The only problem is the borg, but at least thats better than some cosplay outfits that cost loads of money to make/buy.
