I collect Pinky Street too. You've been to pinky-street.com right? I'm Sai on the forums there.  And I collect other anime figures aswell. Outside of anime I don't think there's anything I avidly collect although there's stuff I often pick up if I happen to see it/them around such as unusual/pretty feathers (like peacock feathers). |

I went through a phase of collecting almost all of them. I'm less of an avid collector these days but still love them and plan to get any future releases I want though.

Um... I collect the state quarters that come out every year. I almost have them all. Also I got a little Snapple bottle cap collection going until I learned about internet and that you can just go to snapple.com and you can read all the caps, so I stopped. |

I used to collect ty beanie babies. Remember back when those were hugely popular? Now that the trend is over, they’re not worth much. But most of mine are dirty and have missing tags anyway. |

I collect anime figures (surprise), but that's typical enough here that I won't go into it  My dad on the other hand, collects these buffallo coins. Not the really old pennies with the Indian head on one side, but the quarters that have a buffallo on the back, for any reason. If it has a cow skull, that works too (can't remember what state that was). But yeah, he has like $20 worth of those quarters. It's insane!  Then again, I have over $600 in figures, so I guess I shouldn't be talking

Speaking of sisters, I have a really gross story about something my sister used to collect... When we were really little, my sister collected acorns. LOTS of acorns. She had the box that came with a massive set of crayons- the Disney Pincess Cayon Colloring Kit. This pink cardboard box, full of crayon scribbles on the inside, and lavished with Belle, Cinderella, Snow White, etc., was where she stored her prized acorn collection.  One day, when the season was right, she got this big load of acorns after going on an acorn run. She brought them all to her little pink box, and opened it up to pour em all in wheeeeeeeennn... [TRUE STORY] THOUSANDS OF LITTLE ITTY-BITTY WORMS HAD HATCHED OUT OF THE ACORNS AND WERE SQUIRMING AROUND IN THERE. She FREAKED I dont know what kind of bug laid the eggs in the acorn that fell from her favorite acorn tree, but I do know that she stopped collecting acorns that day. She also wouldn't touch a box of crayons for nearly a week. These days she collects Hello Kitty stuff. |
