Hi there Nina, welcome to the forum! Sorry guys about all the disgusting spam.. I've pretty much exhausted every method I can think of for preventing them on this forum (dissallowing guests, email activation, image verification, changing forum titles). I think the next option is a forum upgrade or different forum script with better spam prevention. But at the moment I'm working towards graduating from University so I don't have the time to completely change the forums. So at the moment the best I can do is check in and do a cleaning sweep of them until then.

I think because the main site has been neglected due to all my work and what with the forum getting spammed up this place got a little buried. When I've finished with Uni soon I'll try to dedicate a bit of time to updating the main website etc. and sending a mailout to people. |
