I'm still surprised I actually got this finished. I started it a little over a year ago as a surprise gift art for someone, but I missed the deadline and then gave up on it. Thank you for giving me the encouragement to finish it, as I'm glad I did.

Colour always adds a new dimension to imagery (too bad I'm so lazy and often find colouring a chore... But I do try... )

Good job coloring it. I do mostly bw because I mess up coloring .

Coloring is pretty easy for me; it's the shading that kills me. I use Corel Photo-Paint, a.k.a. The Program Nobody Knows About, so I've had to figure out how to do it myself with tutorials meant for Photoshop and such. =/

I found shading easy. If you make something black you can rub your finger across it and use the excess to shade in another portion of the pic. Rubbing your finger across what you shade also gets rid of most of the lines and gives it more realism. Try it out.

OOOh yah. And don't forget to wash your finger afterwards or the next couple of things that you touch get all marked up. My mother hates it when I draw.
