Mm...for me...CLAMP :cheer:, Watase Yuu, Tanemura Aria and Kaori Yuki. ^^ Usually Watase Yuu's characters are very similiar...Tanemura Aria too...Kaori Yuki is okay in that aspect. But I love CLAMP a lot. ^o^

Um...if you're not that familiar, some of their works~

CLAMP: Cardcaptor Sakura, Magic Knight Rayearth, XXXHolic, Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE and the list goes on......
Watase Yuu: Fushigi Yuugi, Ayashi no Ceres, Alice 19th, Zettai Kareshi, Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden......
Tanemura Aria: Full Moon wo Sagashite, Time Stranger Kyoko, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, Shinshi Doumei Cross......
Kaori Yuki: Angel Sanctuary, Count Cain, Blood Hound, Kaine, Neiji......

They're all basically female...who can really draw bishounens. XD Well...CLAMP is more varied in their themes, Watase Yuu and Tanemura Aria...I don't know how to explain, shoujo stuff... ^_^;; Kaori Yuki...gothic, dark, angst like...but not all of them. ^_^;;

I'll get my list up soon, once I get home from school.

Anyway, what's Angel Sanctuary like? I saw it before in the Kinokuniya bookstore. I am quite tempted to get the Cardcaptor Sakura mangas, but I would rather stick to just watching the anime, since my friends would probably laugh at a manga they'll label as 'girly'. :busy:

Hmm...crap...most of the artists I like are small ring artists who stick to just fanart, like http://www.kyoto.zaq.ne.jp/pure/ {Pure} and this other dude, CuLittle I think....he was the Love Hina guys assistant for a while...

but anywho, I guess there are some I like....

Kiyohiko Azuma :D C'mon, he does Azumanga, Yostubato! and Mahou Yuugi.

Koge-Donbo :D The first manga I ever read, Di Gi charat, was done by her. *is an avid DGC fan* Nyo~~ :DDD

Yuki something or another o.o She did a Di Gi Charat theater manga...

I like CLAMP because I love Tomoyo, because Tomoyo is friggin nuts and I love Tomoyo and yeah. xD

Rikdo :D Excel Excel!!

UGH who else...cant remember...I like Hitoshi's anime style better than the manga....

Meh, I'll edit the list as I remember. @_@

EDIT: OH JEEZ what hash am I smoking? xD Of course, the manga-ka for the PreCure manga and MariMite manga...(YAY MARIMITE. *Sei thumbs up*) and uh...whoever does Strawberry Shake as distrubuted/translated by Lililicious.

Lililicious.net : Your source for shoujo-ai manga. :D *reads Strawberry Shake*

:D! Are they! Here, I'll grab you some sites for each of them :D

Koge-donbo-http://www95.sakura.ne.jp/~koge/ Its in Japanese, but just click on the pictures and you'll be able to see the pictures even if you dunno what theyre saying... o.o

I couldnt find Azuma's site, so here's a azumanga site instead... http://schala.net/azu

And Yuki kiriga... http://homepage2.nifty.com/YUKIYUKI/

Cant find a Rikdo one either, but his main work is Excel Saga...CCMars used to have an Excel site but....

And http://lililicious.net has downloadable translated manga of the artists I listed in the edit. :D

And my ultimate favorite artist...drumroll please....

http://www.kyoto.zaq.ne.jp/pure/ even though I posted it before, i felt like doing it again. xD He does fanart for my favorite anime PreCure, most of it is shoujo-ai ish like but yeah. Its really cute. <3

Hope I was of some help! :D

For some reason, when you said Di Gi charat, I am horribly reminded of Digimon instead... @_@ Anyway, what is the story like? (couldn't read a single thing from the japanese website)

Well, for my list, it ain't much, but here it is.

Hiroyuki Takei: Shaman King

Shin Takahashi: Sai Kano

Koge-Donbo: Pita Ten (big whoop, didn't know the same artist did Di Gi charat manga too)

Yukito Kishiro: Alita Battle Angel

Izumi Rei: .hack// Legend of The Twlight

Bow Ditama: Mahoromatic (I don't really read it much, since it's a ecchi material)

Hitoshi Tomizawa: AlienNine (any surprise there?)

I've read the 'Naruto' manga too, but since the mangas are not with me anymore, I've forgotten the name of the artist. =P

Koge-Donbo also did Galaxy Angel I think.
And the anime Chitcha na Yukitsukai Sugar ( A Little Snow Fairy Sugar ) apparently.
Some more info: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclo ... hp?id=5924
Beautiful artwork....

I like the artist who did illustration work for Kino's Journey. Kouhaku Kuroboshi
http://ww2.tiki.ne.jp/~kuroboshi/
Also some Kino illustrations here: http://kino.crossrealms.net/media_official.php

And the artist for the tactical RPG games released by Nippon Ichi Software is great. Takehito Harada.

If that's true, then it'll be double whoop! Galaxy Angels is a nice anime I'm into, though the female characters' voices can send shivers down your spine... *shiver* ^^

Actually thats Kanan who does Galaxy Angels, but he [Kanan] also did a few excerpts in the first Di Gi Charat volumes :D (Which were varied collections of doujinshi, if you think about it....)

Both Kanan and Koge are artists for Broccoli books so :D

Aha! Nippon Ichi's artist is awesome! I've done an Oekaki on his Oekaki BBS before.XD *Was hyper that day*

My fave manga artists would be Mineko Ohkami, she created Dragon Knights ( my fave and first manga ever. )! ^^ Heh, I have other mang-ka artist that I like also, but I like her works the best.
